SURGE SUPPORT CHILD
CARE SERVICES
Providing Child Care for
Minnesota's Deployed Army National Guard and Reserve Families.
The number of families in Minnesota facing the military deployment of a
parent or caregiver is growing. Currently 12,000 children in
Minnesota have a parent in the National Guard. With the recent
extension of deployments, many of these families are facing two full
years of separation. This has created unique child care needs for
children and families in your community.
