WOW, it's hard to beleive it's the end of the year! 

Our kids have been working hard throughout the year and have made great progress and accomplishments.  We have worked towards recognizing our names and names of our classmates.  We have studied shapes, colors and ABC's.  This weather has gave us chances to observe how our environment works and we've had many chancs to get outside to explore and enjoy the sun. 

During May we have a lot of activities planned to keep the kids busy and have fun during our last few weeks of class.  Please feel welcome to come in any day or join us on our field trips.  This month we will be learning more about transportation and how it works.  We will examine the different methods of going places and talk about what the kids like to do best.  We will also have some experiments to get the kids thinking and predicting. 

We have had such a great time this year with all of the children!  We are going to miss them all, and we wish them the best of luck in the years ahead!  We are also looking forward to seeing the returning children in the fall.

Graduation is on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m.  It will be held at the Ball Club Community Center. 

May 1st is the Bug School Kindergarten visit from 10:30-11:45 a.m.  We will only have school for teh Graduates on this day.

• Thursday, May 10 ~ Head Start Pow-Wow at the Vet's Grounds, Cass Lake @ 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• There will be NO BUS RUN on this day
• In case of bad weather, the Pow-Wow will be moved to the Bena Community Center

Last Week of School

• Tuesday, May 15 ~ Field Trip to Blueberry Bowl @ 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Families Welcome!
